Haneda airport is a hub airport in Tokyo.
It takes 30 minutes from Haneda airport to the center of Tokyo, while it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes from Narita airport to the center of Tokyo.
Problem is that people coming to Japan do not know Haneda airport is more convenient to move to the Tokyo city than that of Narita airport.
If applicable, we recommend that you use Haneda airport as an arrival airport.
There are 4 ways to move from Haneda airport to the center of Tokyo.
1)Train (The best way to use!)
2)Monorail
3)Bus

1) Train
You can use Keihin Kyuko (We call it Keikyu) line.
You can go to Shinagawa station by Keikyu; you can move to the various stations in Tokyo from Shinagawa station.
People who arrive at Haneda airport usually need to go to Shinagawa station first, so that you can go to the station near a hotel you stay at and leave your packages.

You can go to ticket gates at Keikyu from Haneda airport without steps.
Keikyu line is the general train line, so there is no specific seats for wheelchairs.

2)Monorail
You can use Tokyo monorail from Haneda airport to the center of Tokyo.
All most all Tokyo monorail stations are available for the wheelchairs.
Especially, the stations bellow are available for mobility scooters as well as manual wheelchairs.

3) Bus
You can use a bus equipped with a ramp or elevator to go to the 3 destinations from the Narita airport. (see below) You can get on the bus while sitting in the wheelchair.

However, the buses equipped with the ramp or elevator have just started to run. Please keep it in your mind that the number of the running bus is quite limited; you should confirm the time schedule of these buses so as not to miss the bus at Haneda airport.
Please book the bus equipped with the ramp or elevator beforehand in order not to miss the bus.
